At Luxury Promise, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all security tags remain attached and the item is in its original condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure the Item

  Place the item back in its original luxury packaging, ensuring all authenticity cards, dust bags, and the Luxury Promise security tag are intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our experts authenticate and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
